I just subscribed to the Austin Real Estate Blog, maintained by Steve and Sylvia Crossland of Keller Williams Realty. They do a great job of posting not only monthly statistics about the Austin home market, but also helpful advice for both buyers and sellers.

Given that Austin is one of the hottest real estate markets in the state, it’s a great idea that Steve and Sylvia are getting the word out in new and exciting ways. I’m surprised that more local real estate agents haven’t taken to the web to promote their services.
